Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy helps individuals to address their needs on a one-on- one basis by gaining therapeutic support with working through personal challenges, resolving personal conflicts and accomplishing personal goals.
Family Therapy
Family Therapy helps families to address issues affecting their connectedness, history of conflict, enhance communication and provide an opportunity to work collaboratively on accomplishing set goals.
Group Therapy
Group Therapy helps to provide individuals a chance to gain support and therapeutic guidance in a group setting with members who share similar presenting problems/issues.
Couples Therapy
Couples Therapy allows partners to address stressors within their relationships, enhance communication, reconcile differences and increase problem-solving. Couples learn tools in order to build their relationship, explore healthier interactions and patterns as well as process their needs.
Art Therapy
Art Therapy encourages the use of paint, color and illustration to assist with expressing and recording their feelings. It gives an opportunity to enhance creative expressions, be used as a coping skill and help with releasing hidden emotions.

Assessments/Evaluations
Comprehensive Clinical Assessments are completed to offer an extensive clinical and functional face-to-face evaluation by a licensed professional of an individual’s presenting mental health, developmental disability, and/or substance abuse condition. A written report is generated based on the findings of the clinician that provides a diagnosis, recommendations for services, supports, and/or treatment.
Parent Education/Support
Parent Education and Parent Support Services are offered to parents who are experiencing parenting challenges, face difficulty with gaining and/or maintaining structure in the home or need help increasing or enhancing their current skills. Individual, Couple and Group Parenting is available using Triple P- Positive Parenting Program .
Triple P-Postive Parenting Program
Triple P is one of the most effective evidence-based parenting programs in the world, backed up by more than 30 years of ongoing research. Triple P gives parents simple and practical strategies to help them confidently manage their children’s behavior, prevent problems developing and build strong, healthy relationships. Triple P is currently used in 25 countries and has been shown to work across cultures, socio-economic groups and in many different kinds of family structures.
Clinical Supervision
Clinical Supervision helps to enhance skills, knowledge and attitudes in order to achieve competency in providing quality patient care. It also aids in professional growth and development to improve clinical outcomes.
